Hey girls lets get a jump start on the new year.....let's start right this moment......and our goal is to improve our habits even in small ways which will burn/eliminate calories.......park farther away from store entrances, take the stairs, dance while no one is looking, fewer cocktails, no second servings, be more active.......there are so many ways to start small. They eventually add up and before you know it you're feeling better and more in control. And when that temptation hits hard try offering it up for a special intention....you're not only helping yourself, but someone else at the same time.......see how good that feels!
