Beautiful Diary
Jun 3rd, 2009, 5:49am

I am 170 pounds at the moment hoping to loose about 30 pounds.  I have lost about 25 pounds over the last six months and feeling great . At the moment I feel like I am at a stand still and need an extra push.  I am currently walking five days a week,  and drinking more water instead of juices. My biggest problem is resisting flour base foods. When I set goals and achieve them I normally treat myself by buying something nice. My friends are there to give me support. Any tips that anyone out there can give me is welcome.

Wow-I think I should come to you for tips! It sounds like you are doing the right things. Fo me, if Iam really looking for a flour-based product,  something like rice or soy crackers helps satisfy, but I like savory things more than sweet. I've just joined a few friends at work that all try to walk during our lunch time.

Some of my friends like having a 'before' picture posted as continued motivation to not get there again.

Wishing you happy & healthy snacking.
