    I try soooo hard to do this everyday & it sure DOES make a BIG difference! to the mind..how the day goes..& so on…..Being POSITIVE is truly the best way to think! Thanks for the reminder Jane!!!

    So true Jane, I have negative people in my life and I have to be careful not to get caught up in their negativity. I’m learning to be more positive but I have trouble detaching from the negative vibes.

    Thanks Jane,
    I went to bed angry and woke up the same way. When I saw this, my mood immediately lifted, and I decided to make small steps towards release the negative energy and thoughts.
