I think we can all agree that being fat is stressful, it doesn't matter if it is 10 pounds or 100 pounds you need to lose. Lots of women are self conscious of their weight and the way they look. No matter how many self-help books you read that tell you to accept who you are, the reality is you know you will only feel better if you lose the weight. So let's get started.

Commitment is key

The very first thing you need to do is make a commitment to yourself to do something about your fat.  By taking control of your weight, you're taking control of your life.  Be realistic, losing weight will take discipline and it does not happen overnight. But with the right plan, you can do it!

You don't have to hassle with measuring and  weighing the correct portions, they do that for you. You will be surprised it really does not cost that much, for less than $8 per day you get all the food you need, there are no hidden costs. Hard to beat that!

eDiets.com is where you want to be if you want to go high tech. They will design a diet just for you based on  what you like to eat, your life style and your personal weight loss goals. You get around-the-clock access to your personalized meal plan, they create your shopping list (how cool is that!), they also design a fitness program for you. There are  peer support groups, emotional support and  professional nutritionists available to you as well. They have thought of everything, check them out.
